Canada trip but make it unique! Join ITWE on our ONE big trip per year where we leave California! This year, we head north to BEAUTIFUL Canada for a special adventure full of hiking, friends, breathtaking views & an exhilarating activity that you won’t soon (or ever) forget!

Tentative schedule

Thursday August 1st: Arrive, pick up rental cars and drive to hotel. Welcome dinner

Friday August 2nd: Breakfast, morning hike, lunch, afternoon hike, free evening

Saturday August 3rd: Day tour and free evening.

Sunday August 4th: Secret morning tour (to be revealed to those who inquire) and free afternoon/evening .

Monday August 5th: Breakfast, morning hike, check out and head back to the airport to return cars and fly back home.

I won’t be giving exact hike names or specific tour details to protect my original itineraries from plagerism. Please note that the secret tour on Sunday does have some physical restrictions. Minimum height limit of 4'6''& Max Adult waist size of 42''. If you are not within the activity requirements, the scheduled activity amount will be deducted from your final payment amount, so you can book a different tour on that day. :)

What is included?

• Shared rental car transport to/from all activities on the itinerary

• 3 beautiful hikes

• Travel advice for booking flights, necessary vaccines, required documents, etc.

What is not included?

• Travel insurance (MANDATORY) - the one I recommend is linked here

• International airfare

• Gas for the rental car & any incidental fees associated with the rental (which will be split between everyone in the vehicles equally)

• National Park entrance fees (which will be split between everyone in the vehicles equally)

• Meals not mentioned above

• Tips/gratuities

INVESTMENT

* There are 2 possible prices for this trip. The one outlined below is if we fill all 11 spots. If we do not, the price will increase by $195 per person and can be added to the last payment. *

$2795 per person / based on double occupancy

Payment Plan:

Deposit - $415, due immediately to reserve a spot

Payment 1 - $595 due on or before December 1st 2023

Payment 2 - $595 due on or before February 1st 2024

Payment 3 - $595 due on or before April 1st 2024

Payment 4 - $595 due on or before June 1st 2024

2) Payment plans may be flexible. Reach out ahead of time if you need to make adjustments, they will be accommodated when possible. :)

To reserve your spot, click the link above to email me your dietary preference, if you are traveling solo, if you will be participating in the secret adventure and if you are paying with Zelle or Credit card. I will reply within 24 hours with a zelle or credit card invoice. Please note that credit cards are subject to a 5% service fee but Zelle has no fees. For Zelle, I will need the email or phone number associated with your Zelle account and for credit cards I will only need your email address.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Travel insurance is MANDATORY and required to be purchased within 72 hours of signing up. Please email me proof of purchase. Please remember that you are required to carry covid specific insurance for this trip. Make sure you see it as a coverage when purchasing your travel insurance.

• I will NOT be sharing hotel, tour company, etc. information. If you would like that type of information, I would like to suggest you opt for my travel planning services for a private trip instead.  Sending out that type of information to everyone creates more work for me AND also takes away from the element of surprise that you get ONLY when you arrive at a new place WITHOUT having already googled it to death.

• Bookings are NOT CONFIRMED until deposit has been paid, proof of insurance has been submitted to me AND Experience Waiver has been signed and returned.

• You are 100% responsible to keep track of your payment amounts AND due dates. For those who opt for credit card payments, invoices will be sent to you ONE WEEK before the due date. It is up to you to pay it on time. Those paying with Zelle will not receive an invoice. If you fail to make payments on time, without prior authorization, you are willingly forfeiting your spot on this trip, without a refund on ANY paid to date payments. Late payments are NOT acceptable under ANY circumstances, without a prearranged agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• I will let you know when we have reached our 4 person minimum and this trip is an official GO, so you can purchase your international plane tickets. Feel free to ask me if you need help booking your flights, I am happy to help. Flights MUST be booked within the specified arrival and departure times frames. Please do not book flights without prior approval if you decide to book them on your own.

• We will have 1-2 team zoom calls prior to departure. On these calls, you can pick my brain about anything, from vaccines, bug sprays, packing lists and more! You are also always welcome to email me any questions, at any time if you feel they are urgent. More details will go out about 1 month prior to departure to all registered guests. This covers all FAQ’s.

• This trip can ONLY accommodate 8 guests MAX (excluding myself) – No exceptions. Once those 8 spots are gone, registration will close and the waitlist will open up.

• Registration closes April 15th 2024 or whenever the available spaces fill.

• If you sign up after we have already gotten into the payment schedule, then you will need to pay your deposit, plus catch up on back payments as well. Feel free to ask if you need a little flexibility, I will accommodate you if possible.

• We will be flying in and out of Calgary International Airport (YYC).

• I will do my best to room you with someone, If I am unable to, you will need to pay the single occupancy rate.
